Rustic Office Space
This project was commissioned for a business looking for a new facility to call home base. The client was looking for a distinct and visually appealing structure, as this facility would be a prominent feature on a busy street in their community. We worked with the client to develop a design that was reminiscent to the style of buildings within communities surrounding the mountains. With cedar shingles in the gables, an entry jog and vertical black metal siding, we worked to achieve the look they wanted in a cost effective and low maintenance manner. This project features all the hallmarks of a typical office building including display and retail space within the lobby, a series of offices with and without windows, multiple accessible washrooms, a conference room and an attached warehouse garage. This design was also prepared with potential re-sale in mind and the option to divide the space into two office spaces with shared conference space and reception area. One rental retaining more offices with windows, the other the warehouse space.
